The Company operates the business of providing integrated information technology and telecommunicationservices or System Integrator (\u201cSI\u201d) and is the main business that generates more than 70 % of the revenue by designing computer systems and computer communication systems to be able to work together effectively and efficiently in order to meet the work needs of customers with a service system consisting of computer hardware, software system application software, and computer network equipment. The Company has a turnkey sales approach, starting from understanding the needs of customers, consulting project planning, system design, installation, operation maintenance, as well as training to create an understanding of its use as shown in Diagram 1.1. The rest is a new business group focusing on basic engineering that extends the business on the existing customer base, such as building a power substation; in basic engineering on ICT lines such as wiring, conduits; and engineering of artificial intelligence, Big Data,and Business Intelligence (BI), such as Business analytical reporting.<\/p>\n
