Dividend Policy & Payment<\/p>\n

The Company\u2019s dividend payout ratio is not less than 40% of net profit in case there is no other necessary obligation for this amount of money and the dividend payout must not materially affect the normal business operations of the Company.<\/p>\n

*The company paid an annual dividend in 2021 at the rate of 0.30 baht with a par value of 1 baht and an interim dividend at the rate of 0.70 baht with a par value of 5 Baht. Therefore, if calculated from a par value of 1 baht, the company makes a total dividend at the rate 0.44 baht for the year 2021.<\/p>\n
